Opt-In Consent: By submitting your mobile phone number via any form on our website, verbally providing it to our team, or texting a keyword to our number, you are expressly consenting to receive recurring automated text messages from Skyline Smart Lighting at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receipt of services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4-6 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule and engagement with our services.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges may vary.
To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Skyline Smart Lighting provides professional installation, maintenance, and support for permanent LED lighting systems for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to a site assessment, scheduling availability, and execution of a separate service agreement or proposal.
We reserve the right to decline service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, property accessibility issues, or incompatibility with existing structures.
All quotes provided on our website or by our team are estimates only and are subject to change following an on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on material costs, labor requirements, or property conditions discovered during installation.
Payment terms, deposits, and schedules will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Skyline Smart Lighting warrants its installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. Product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms, which we will provide to you upon request. Our 10-year warranty applies to the lighting fixtures themselves as provided by the manufacturer and is subject to manufacturer terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skyline Smart Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for interruptions to our SMS program caused by your mobile carrier, network outages, or technical failures beyond our control.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and software, is the property of Skyline Smart Lighting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information, including your mobile number, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services or SMS program, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
